2023 Sauvignon Blanc "Steel Horse"

Dazzlingly clear and pale yellow in color, this wine’s high viscosity is noticeable as you give it a whirl. The exceptional soil and optimal growing conditions of our estate vineyard, Destiny Ridge, enhance the wine's complex notes of minerality, while abundant sunshine coaxes out a delightful fruit-forwardness of tangerine, mango, lime zest, and white oleander. The mid-palate is bolstered by ripe tropical fruit and refreshing lemon grass. We love Sauv Blanc for its long and zippy finish. Going off script, we believe that pairing this beautiful wine with Dungeness crab eggs benedict and your brunch besties will be the perfect way to start the day!
